It seems that the packages with Build-Depends on ffcall are these four: clisp - doesn't work on arm64 anyway freemat - build dependency is bogus; see bug #787431 gforth - could use libffi instead; see bug #784652 mlpcap - "binding of libpcap for OCaml"; last changelog entry Jan 2012
I think mlpcap only uses the "callback" component of ffcall. The code, in pcap.idl, utils.c, utils.h, has 401 non-blank lines, so I would guess that it would probably be easy to adapt mlpcap not to use ffcall, if it were needed, though nothing currently Build-Depends on mlpcap. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
