By the way, I notice Joey has marked this bug as pending by adding
$config{deterministic} and TZ. You might also want LC_ALL=C.UTF-8
to make sure nothing gets translated - $config{deterministic} doesn't
set TZ or LC_ALL. (Unless you think it should?)
