Errr, unless ftpmasters consider that sufficient for re-licensing purposes, no. I don't mean to question your word, but a screenshot of a SMS(?) message purportedly showing Steve Alberty's agreement with the re-licensing (which nobody else can verify) is not replaceable with a public statement made by Steve himself that can be directly attributed back to him.
