Thanks for the heads-up; I think neither affects this one though:
packages must not build-depend on virtual packages (in the first
alternative) anyway (and packages depend on libjpeg*-dev, which
works), and testing migration should be unaffected by this change.
This is purely about installability of binary packages: for when
libjpeg62-turbo is installed, most Depends on libjpeg62 should be
taken as fulfilled.
