Package: ibus-pinyin Version: 1.5.0-3 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
I just upgraded from Wheezie to Jessie so am now using ibus Pinyin 1.5.0 The system is permanently set to "double pinyin". Yes I have opened the preference window and checked "full pinyin". But the input is still processed as "double pinyin". When I open preferences again, it is still set to "full". This makes the package unusable to me. I found that the people at googlecode were told about this already last year and seemed to consider it an installation problem. Or maybe they just didn't want to hear about it? Anyway, it would be nice to have pinyin support in Debian... Thank you. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages ibus-pinyin depends on: ii ibus 1.5.9-1 ii libc6 2.19-18 ii libgcc1 1:4.9.2-10 ii libglib2.0-0 2.42.1-1 ii libibus-1.0-5 1.5.9-1 ii liblua5.1-0 5.1.5-7.1 ii libpyzy-1.0-0 1.0.1-4 ii libsqlite3-0 3.8.7.1-1+deb8u1 ii libstdc++6 4.9.2-10 ii python-gi 3.14.0-1 ii python-xdg 0.25-4 pn python:any <none> ibus-pinyin recommends no packages. ibus-pinyin suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
