You can find perl 5.22 in experimental, and the even more experimental (amd64 only at the moment) rebuild repository which might also be needed to rebuild some packages at: https://people.debian.org/~dom/perl/test/perl-5.22.0/setup.sh https://people.debian.org/~dom/perl/test/perl-5.22.0/setup.sh.asc Note that I strongly recommend not adding this repository to anything other than a throwaway system/chroot.
