Source: pycangjie Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I'm pycangjie upstream maintainer, and being interested in seeing whether it builds reproducibly, I went to have a look at reproducible.debian.net, and eventually found this page: https://reproducible.debian.net/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/pycangjie.html The build logs show that the pycangjie build failed. I know this build error, I fixed it upstream already: https://github.com/Cangjians/pycangjie/pull/29 If you're not familiar with Github, the actual patch can be downloaded as follows: https://github.com/Cangjians/pycangjie/commit/1a7f25f228ee91b42817cb7f225017438928023d.patch Or just "git clone" follows byt the appropritate "git format-patch" ;) With this patch applied to the Debian package, it should start building again. (and then we can try and figure out whether it is reproducible or not) -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_HK.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_HK.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
