Package: libapache2-mod-auth-pgsql
Version: 2.0.3-6.1
Severity: normal
File: auth_pgsql

Dear Maintainer,

the .htaccess examples in
file:///usr/share/doc/libapache2-mod-auth-pgsql/mod_auth_pgsql.html
do not mention the AuthBasicProvider parameter which seems to be
neccessary to use this module with apache 2.4 Authtype Basic

  AuthBasicProvider pgsql

without this option apache tries to use file-based auth and barfs with
a cryptic error message.
