Dear Maintainer,
I am testing the new redmine installation of debian 8.0 and found an issue when
changing the tracker at the new incident page
changing the tracker should change the fields accoringly but no changes are
shown in the website..
reproduction:
create a project with multiple trackers. which have diffrent custom field
settings
create a new issue; custom fields of the shown tracker are shown
change the tracker. the new custom fields should be displayed but no changes
are shown
