haskell-web-plugins requires Template Haskell, so it's unbuildable on
architectures that lack GHCi. In unstable that's currently only mips
and mipsel.
$ dak rm -Rn -a mips,mipsel -s unstable -b libghc-web-plugins-{dev,prof}

Will remove the following packages from unstable:
