Sounds familiar. I think I saw that one some of my DomUs, too.

I'm not 100% sure and need to investigate the details, but there's a
chance that this only happens if --pygrub is not used. Then again,
even in that case the initramfs is built initially on the Dom0.
Without --pygrub the initramfs of the Dom0 is used by default and
hence shows according messages anyways. But that's rather by design.

That may be one way to solve the issue, too. But I'll hcekc first if I
can solve that in xen-tools.
