I wanted that feature recently too.
Currently not available.
The location is documented in pbuilder-doc.xml.
Directory can be found with:
$HOME/*/debian
.dsc file can be found with:
$HOME/*.dsc
where $HOME=/tmp/buildd (erm... this part doesn't seem to be documented)
