When the loading of UI file fails for some reason, mate-screenshot always shows the message that says "UI file is missing". This is incorrect. As you can see in the upstream bug report [1], the reporter got this message but the UI file was actually there. In order to show the real cause of the error, mate-screenshot needs to be patched.
