Man page says
R Convert raw hexadecimal numbers (e.g. 00E9)
however when we try it,
$ echo 00E9|ascii2uni -a R
It isn't possible reliably to parse raw hex unicode out of ASCII text.
it turns out to be a big bait and switch operation! Please mention the
problem on the man page at that line lest one expect it to work.
