systemd mounts remote NFS mounts internally. Is the nfs mount point mounted a second time via /etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs? Could you attach that file? How is your network configured? Can you boot with systemd.log_level=debug on the kernel command line and attach the output of journalctl -alb. Thanks!
