you have custom kernel, did you customize other parts of your system as
well? Can you provide output of these commands:
$ ls -la /usr/bin/python3
$ md5sum /usr/bin/py3c{lean,ompile}
$ head -n 1 /usr/bin/py3c{lean,ompile}
