Hello Javier, Did you upgrade to 0.2.2 while running GNOME ? Could you retry to see if it happen again ? It looks like a race condition between update-menus and the GNOME menu update mechanism. In this case it is not something that can be fixed inside menu-xdg. Do you have files in ~/.config/menus or ~/.local/share/applications or ~/.local/desktop-directories/ ?
