I can’t help noticing in that page that the upstream package is not
maintained, that the Debian package does not have any reverse
(build-)dependencies, and (thus) have a very low popcon, do you still
use/need it in the archive?
If you want to keep the package in the archive, I’d encourage you to
maintain it within the Debian PHP PEAR Maintainers team
(<pkg-php-p...@lists.alioth.debian.org> X-Debbug-CC).

P.-S.: I stumbled upon this package while looking at the php-html-common
status (also unmaintained upstream with low popcon), that has only one
reverse dependency you also maintain: php-html-table (also unmaintained
upstream with a very low popcon), that only has this package as a
reverse dependency. I was then wondering if there was still a point
keeping all those in the Debian archive (if there is, I’ll also
encourage you to maintain php-html-table in the Debian PHP PEAR
Maintainers team).
