Hi, I have just build a package based on Jessie's squid3_3.4.8-6 using the above mentioned patch: > http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.5/changesets/squid-3-13407.patch and I can confirm that this fixes the segfault problem for me.
Without the patch, every "service restart squid3" and every (daily!) logrotate caused a segfault for squid. With this patch included I haven't seen any of these for three days now.
