I've made it look for the translation of "Add a new post titled:"
in whatever locale, and confirmed that this works in LC_ALL="fr_FR.utf8".

The .deb from testing/unstable/experimental usually works on stable
in practice, FWIW - I test new upstream versions on my server with wheezy.
