cqrlog is currently not installable with MariaDB as the database backend. This is caused by the dependency of cqrlog on mysql-client without an alternative dependency on mariadb-client which is necessary when cqrlog should be installable with MariaDB instead of MySQL. To fix it, mariadb-client needs to be added as an alternative dependency for cqrlog in debian/control: mysql-client => mysql-client | mariadb-client.
