I repacked the archve to .xz 1.5GiB. It unpacks to 4.4 GiB.
Unfortunately the vdi disk seems to be broken. When I try to start the
VM I just get:
FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted.
Looking at the disk from a booted live medium
shows no partitions, not even a partition table.
