Hi again, apparently I overlooked that Simon's profile seems to actually exist upstream already [0]. Yay.
So, if one wanted to ship this profile in the package, there is also a little bit of documentation on how to package such a profile using dh_apparmor [1]. This part of the documentation however is still work in progress, but I'd be interested in getting your feedback.
