Jakub, Thanks for your response, Sorry for not give you a concret example, but yes, that's the case. And that is the way I resolved it. Is this a new behaviour? since it's the first time I see it with this copyright file and I hadn't it changed it for a while. IMHO the order should not matter. Thanks agagin.
