Package: upstart
Version: 1.11-5
Followup-For: Bug #774450

Hello,

this seems fixed by replacing

mkdir -p /run/network

with

mkdir -p /run/network
[ -e /run/network/hostname ] || { /etc/init.d/hostname.sh start && touch
/run/network/hostname ; }

in network-interface.conf and networking.conf

It is certainly possible to write a simpler and faster script than
/etc/init.d/hostname.sh but I had this script already on my system.

Thanks

Michal
