Package: plymouth Version: 0.9.0-9 Followup-For: Bug #757142 Hello,
It seems to me that this bug is also related to the situation when NVIDIA blob is used. This time I get the next message during the boot process "plymouth error: unexpectedly disconnected from boot status daemon". I'm also using systemd. As I remember before switching to it everything worked as expected. I can provide additional information if it is needed.
