That is something you can fix from inside aptitude, unhold the packages that
are broken so that it can be fixed.

apt-get -f install might fix it too, but I can't guarantee it.

That will self-correct in two or three days when hpijs 2.0.1 enters
testing.  You may find that to be the easiest way to fix the issue (unless
the "held broken package" keeps causing trouble, whichever package that
might be).

BTW, there is no "< 2" dependency. It is "<< 2". I will assume it was a typo
or something, since the foomatic-filters-ppds information on sid is correct.
