Package: policykit-1 Version: 0.105-8 Severity: normal Lots of stuff depend on policykit and supposedly one is allowed to create systemd if one wants, however currently policykit depends on libpam-systemd which makes it impossible to have a meaningful desktop without system. libpam-systemd should not be a hard requirement or there should be shim like systemd-shim (which was created to avoid this type of scenario) which allows installing policykit without installing systemd.
