Control: severity -1 serious I have a new version of dgit in preparation which tolerates, and generates, .pc-less git trees. The current dgit is not compatible with the dgit branches generated by this unreleased version of dgit.
I intend to release the new version of dgit during the lifetime of jessie. Therefore this current version of dgit (in testing) will break during the lifetime of jessie.
