It'd be nice if README.Debian documented how to install pycdio, as
that's required for trivial things like the config file remembering the
offset to work...

Apparently, the following works:

sudo apt-get install python-dev libcdio-dev libiso9660-dev swig \
             pkg-config python-pip
pip install --user pycdio

That of course installs in your $HOME; presumably running it as root w/o
the --user flag would work too (but I didn't test that).
