I'm not sure if this change was actually tested :-/

The package now contains:
/lib/systemd/system/saned.service
/lib/systemd/system/[email protected]

I doubt this setup works.

Also, keep in mind that the package does not enable saned.socket.
This means, the package is pretty much broken under the default init,
thus raising the severity.
