The quilt stack forcibly disables D. While this may be desirable for the in-archive cross toolchains, the scope of cross-gcc-dev is deliberately wider. Thus I am proposing to disable D using environment variables there. This can be achieved using DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nolang=d. I am attaching a patch even though I didn't test it.
