I used changed that one line and smuxi now connects with IPv6 fine.

I'm not sure about that, but I have re-assigned it to the mono package
as that is what controls that file. Everything else I use does IPv6
first then falls back to IPv4, I don't see why smuxi and other mono
programs should have different behaviour.
