You are right.

I am very flexible. I leave much to the translation coordinator. So
the style of updates depends on the language. So who is technically
strong, they tends to test po including building html and commit po file
only. Some send me a po file and I do some testing and checking before
committing them.

Please commit to git or send wishlist bug. Please do not send me a
personal mail ... I may loose them.

Some language ... they do. Some, they do not. It is up to you to
decide.

If I may ask, I would like to have both zh-cn and zh-tw updated
together. Opencc is the great tool to do this. If you start with
zh-cn, it may be a good idea to have human reviewer for the opencc
generated zh-tw text. If the diff is small, you may wish to keep update
sed script to make this updatable in the future with minimal efforts.
(script/cn2tw.sed is the script previously used to generate zh-tw
manually. Please note opencc was updated since then using these data so
some of the conversion here are not needed any more)

If you update po, please commit only po. You may need to run make po
before to get the updated pot and po templates before working on
translation.

After applying your patch

no-obsolete zh-cn 1180
untranslated zh-cn 259
fuzzy zh-cn 596

no-obsolete zh-tw 1180
untranslated zh-tw 287
fuzzy zh-tw 621

I committed your patch.

Regards,

Osamu

FYI: Since Debian is under freeze, adding new maint-guide-zh-* packages
require ftp master action. Unless I get commitment from you to complete
this translation in timely way, I do not know I can upload package or
not. This release related limitations need to be investigated.
