Well, I don't really know; I'm just trying to explain why this dependency was added to the package in the first place. If you'd like to convert it to dlopen() similar to how support for X.Org is implemented, this dependency can certainly be dropped, but I'm not sure if this feature is worth the effort... -- Sincerely yours, Yury V.
