I've prepared packaging for 0.5.66 in the following Git repo:

Specifically, I imported the 0.5.66 tarball and updated the install list
for the added/removed grabbers.
The package builds, though there are a few issues:
1. The dk_dr grabber no longer contains POD so no man page is built for it,
resulting in the binary-without-manpage Lintian warning.
2. Upstream is now bundling a small Perl module, Data::Recursive::Encode.
They renamed the module to XMLTV::Data::Recursive::Encode but neglected
to update the name in the POD, resulting in a man page being built for
Data::Recursive::Encode. I chose to just not install this man page,
since the module is only meant for internal use anyways.
3. There are a few Lintian warnings about man page errors, though
they don't appear to be serious. At worst, the formatting is a little
wonky in some man pages.
I unfortunately don't have time to explore proper fixes for these issues
right now, but nevertheless I hope you find my work helpful and can
upload a new package soon. It would be great to get an updated xmltv
with a working tv_grab_na_dd into Jessie before the freeze.
