I suggest you just commit it in subversion, unless you prefer not to work with subversion. In that case, I can do it myself. Either add yourself to Uploaders and tag a release (basically dch -r, possibly fixing up the changelog, then debtag or a manual "svn cp svn+ssh://[email protected]/svn/debichem/unstable/ghemical/ svn+ssh://[email protected]/svn/debichem/tags/ghemical/<version>") or I can prepare the release afterwards.
