Hi, the same bug affects me.
It is easy to reproduce if you try to install openjdk-7-jre which depends on libjpeg62. The following packages have unmet dependencies: libjpeg62-turbo : Conflicts: libjpeg62 but 1:1.3.1-8 is to be installed. libjpeg62 : Depends: libjpeg62-turbo (= 1:1.3.1-8) but 1:1.3.1-10 is to be installed. Apparently the old libjpeg62 packages have not been removed from the official servers and they still depend on libjpeg62-turbo (= 1:1.3.1-8). https://packages.debian.org/sid/libjpeg62 This situation is impossible to resolve for the package manager.
