I still have the problems with cmake not finding the Plugins. What did you set CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH to - I tried "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake" and "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/QT5". Maybe I still miss a package? which qt5 packages did you install?
