libcacard, a library to use smartcard with qemu and spice (description from Fedora package: "Common Access Card (CAC) Emulation") is now embedded in the qemu source code. Could you please start building these? On Fedora they have added a libcacard, a libcacard-dev and also a libcacard-tools package which ship a vscclient executable.
