Ah yes, that would be it. Although I would argue that interpolating
images that lack the Interpolate flag is always wrong, not only for
"native resolution".
Suggestions as to how I could work around this bug in pdf2djvu are
welcome.
I'm not sure you can do anything without changes in Poppler.
Reading the upstream bug gave me idea for a work-round for the cases
when scale factor is almost-but-not-quite an integer. I think I could
slightly modify the CTM, so that the scale is exactly integer. (Yes,
it's crazy, but it could work.)
