I'd very much like to see this updated to at least version 1.2 because 1.2 is the first version that works with Tor Hidden Services (aka .onion addresses). Newer versions also fix a lot of stability and data integrity bugs. Are there any blockers in the newer updates?
I might be able to do the upload myself, if that's OK with the maintainers. But I don't know mono or mono packaging at all, so I'm not the best candidate. .hc
