Unfortunately not. Just returning FALSE in gtk_window_supports_csd() still leaves some programs CSD'd on 3.14.0, like gnome-calculator. I've no idea why, but 3.12 had a similar problem -- the first published patches were essentially just returning FALSE there, but that didn't work for dialogs etc.
