Source: xnbd-server Version: 0.1.0-pre-hg20-e75b93a47722-3 Severity: minor Hi,
The xnbd-server package has the following in its description: It adds extended features to the traditional NBD server: . * Better performance * Support for distributed copy-on-write disks * Live storage migration for virtual machines. * IPv6 support. This suggests that the nbd-server package would not support IPv6. While this was true for a rather long time, IPv6 support has been added to nbd-server 2.9.15, released in 2010. Please update your description accordingly. (also, [citation needed] on the "Better performance" claim, but I'm willing to let that one stand) -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (500, 'oldstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=nl_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=nl_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
