Maintainer uploads of recutils have a dependency on libgcrypt, but builds from the buildd network do not. This indicates a missing build-dep on libgcrypt-dev. It's not clear from the configure script what libgcrypt is used for in recutils. If whatever libgcrypt is used for is not appropriate, the package should be built with --without-libgcrypt.
