* What led up to the situation?
I wanted to open three URLs in iceweasel in separate tabs.
so I wrote a script with the following contents:
iceweasel URL-1
iceweasel -new-tab URL-2
iceweasel -new-tab URL-3
When I ran the script, only URL-1 got opened
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
The described action did not achieve my purpose; however, an
alternative did work:
1. open iceweasel manually (via internet menu)
2. run script
iceweasel -new-tab URL-1
iceweasel -new-tab URL-2
iceweasel -new-tab URL-3
* What was the outcome of this action?
The first alternative did not work. The second did. However, the
second alternative is less desirable since it involves an extra
"manual" step
* What outcome did you expect instead?
