If the focus is on the tree control in the Outline tab, or on the hyperlink list (in the Hyperlinks) tab, most of the keyboard shortcuts are broken. For example, Ctrl+B is supposed to add a bookmark, but it does nothing.
If forgot to mention that this is Debian-specific problem. It's not reproducible with the upstream version.
