PageUp/PageDown for turning page isn't working.
If the focus is on a tree control (in the Outline or the Text tab), PageUp and PageDown do switch pages, but in the wrong direction.
If the focus is on the list of hyperlinks (in the Hyperlinks tab), PageUp and PageDown don't work at all.
