This is related to ruby-awesome-nested-set which was upgraded from 2.1.6-1~bpo70+1 to 3.0.0-1 and broke redmine.
You can download the package from https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/all/ruby-awesome-nested-set/download and downgrade it.
