Package: lintian4python
Version: 0.28.3
Severity: serious

lintian4python is currently not installable in Sid as it depends on a
lintian version below the one available in Sid.

Seems a recurring issue, c.f.https://bugs.debian.org/756737. I'd be
curious about the reason for such a strict versioned dependency on
lintian. :-)
